Political poems are terrible. 
Boo hoo -- people are shits.
Power exists. Democracy in action 
is mostly democracy in traction. 
But not this one. This one's 
amazing. This one's 
going to change everything 
or at least its socks. 
They were yellow, now they're greeeen.
I need all the es 
because they're really green. 
A better poem would be barefoot 
and make you smile winsomely, 
whatever winsome is. What is 
winsome? And don't say, 
win some, lose some. Ever.
