After overcoming mild annoyance that I have to check my email for a code to make a comment here, and why is that? Substack's social media power trip? OK, I'm better now, and I have to know something about Van Gogh's painting and if, when "they" say a work of art is a still life, do they mean there is still life in the potatoes? I mean, isn't every painting "still?" I've never seen one move, except once, I saw one drop from the wall. Even Vincent would agree, those potatoes are not breathing or reproducing and doesn't that imply death?. All of this is not to take away from my hope that there is enough space in the locker to cram our current dictator. Oh, excellent poem, too.
yeah, that about covers it, although I can't imagine how much sauce it'd take to make that locker (oh, so well locked please) full of dick taters taste anything like chicken - or did you mean their behavior? How how they taste to each other? I don't know how chickens taste, now that I think of it - s'pose the lingual nail helps . . .?
